Highly perfumed with lifted red berry & raspberry fruit alongside nuances of tilled earth & cedar. Firm, well integrated tannins build here, carrying saturated blackberry fruit with a little smoke on the finish. Pairs with roasted chicken or pork belly.
A blend of Corvina, Merlot, Cabernet & Raboso, truly an expression of the Veneto region. Complex & elegant bouquet of red fruits & vanilla hints. Great as an aperitif, also incredibly food friendly, especially with tomato based sauces & red meats.
A fine and polished nose - floral, figgy and gently meaty, delicate and perfect varietal expression. Soft, wide tannins start with the mouth off and a long rip of ripe acid in the back half. Pairs well with short ribs, lamb and grilled game meats.
